Having a little problem with a question i got from my
teacher.
There is three types of DNA molecules that could be ligased
during the use of a plasmid vector and DNA fragment that you want to
ligase into the plasmid
I count these
Circulair DNA fragment - consist of the fragments that you wanted to place into the vector but have
combined to a circulair structure.
Re-ligated vector - a plasmid that doesent contain a inserted fragment
Recombinant vector - a plasmid that do contain a inserted fragment
my question is how can you select these?
