hi everyone!

hope someone can help me. not sure if this is the right forum, but i didnt know where else to put it.

so i have this sample with a periodic striated pattern and i want to know the power spectrum of it.

first i used ImageJ to get the profile of the pattern as 'intensity' vs. 'distance'.

now, which software do i use to FFT my intensity profile, to get 'power' vs. 'spatial frequency', and how do i do it exactly?

any help is much appreciated!
