Have anyone tried optimizing endometrial cancer cell lines ECC-1 and HEC-1A using Dharmacon kit ? I want to know the best negative control siRNA, optimal cell density and DharmaFect reagent amount to proceed with the Dharmacon silencing kit. Probably someone could share their knowledge with me.
