Recently I have transformed pcDNA3 into DH5alpha.The clones were very small after plating on the LBA plate .If it is the problem of amp, there wouldn't have micro-clones arounding the clones after 20 hours.
Has anyone  experienced such results? Why the clones were so small?
Thanks.

I have had similar problems with transforming pDrive into DH5-alpha. Increasing the temperature of incubation from 37C to 39C helped increasing the size of the colonies.
