Hi everyone,

I am currently working on some cancer cells.

I am just wondering is there any method that can allow me to measure the intracellular pH since I really have no idea on how to measure it.

Is there any kit for that?

Million thanks!!!!!!

LysoSensor™ Yellow/Blue DND-160 (PDMPO). Not sure if that will work for your cells of interest. We found that this series of dye from Invitrogen only work for certain cell types.
