[Thamarindin Ingratitud]

Hey:

I´m purifiying a fusin protein (using pET-Sumo as a vector) everything is ok untill  I want to remove de Sumo peptide, I can recover my protein and netiher is on the Ni-NTA resin.

Anybody have a clue?
