Hello everyone,

I need RNA-free genomic DNA for my qPCR. For DNA isolation I have a kit indicating I can do RNAse treatment, but it does not indicate at which concentration and how long.

So maybe there is someone with experience about that? Thanks a lot for any help!

1 ug/ml for 20 min at 37 should do it.
