Is there any useful websites that can check whether our cell lines contain our gene of interest ?
Having some difficulties to check whether my endometrial cancer cell lines have the gene that I want to further silence in the next step of the study.
Moreover, the genes have not been linked to endometrial cancer bfore.

Not that I am aware of in general, however, some genes like p53 have sites dedicated to them which will tell you if your gene is present.

You will probably find it easier to get a bunch of the cell lines and test them by RT-PCR or western blot.
