Hi.
I'm currently having a rough time trying to get the sequence of a destination vector used in the gateway system, its little name is pK7GWIWG2(I). As you may know, this vector is intended to do RNAi.
So why do i need that ? Actually, the cloning has been done before in started working on the plants, and i never got the chance to order it myself. Now, i'm trying to check in which region of the plant genome my insert DNA got himself in, and i need to distinguish between the plant DNA and the destination vector sequence.
Is there any database related to destination vectors sequences and maps ? I've tried to look for one, but so far i couldn't find any.
