Software for selection genes related to concrete cell processes

Hi,

I need to select key genes responsible for cell adhesion, EMT and etc. and analyze their expression. Usually, I review papers and special databases, and select genes. But, out of curiosity, I would like to know is there software for selection genes related to concrete cell processes?
