Does anybody know about any publication on the cepheid SmartCycler?
Or does anybody know about(approximately) how small dilution differenses ther is possible to detect? If anybody have or knows about god publications on RT-PCR please tell me.

At www.smartcycler.com or www. cepheid.com you can download literature. One of the pdf files decribes a comparison between Lightcycler, Smartcycler and ABI on sensitivity. The paper from Raja (Raja et al Clinical Chemistry 48:8 1329-1337, 2002) describes a multiplex assay for tumormarker detection and how to set up internal controls.
