Please help me out in finding the colony forming unit of the MSC where the initial cells seeded per plate (capacity of 2 ml) was 200 cells.
please help me out
the count after trypsinization was calculated as
Cells per ml: average count per square x dilution factor x 10^4
7/4x 5x 10^4
8.75 x 10^4
Total cells= cells per ml x original volume from which sample was removed
8.75 x 10^4 x 1ml
8.75 X10^4 total cells
CFU efficiency = counted CFU-F/cells originally seeded x 100
8.75 x 10^4/200 cells x100 = 4.375 x10^4
but as I have read in papers its in % not as above [i.e. 4.375 x10^4]
Similarly for PDT
the formula is
TD= t x log 2/log (Nt/N0)
where,
Nt= end point cell mo:
N0= initial cell number
t= time interval
now the Nt= 7468
N0= 2000
48 x 0.3010/ log (7468/2000)
48 x 0.3010/ log 3.734
0.572/ log 3.734
= 25.25
what does the following value indicate, Please help me out
its urgent
If I am wrong plz correct me
