PCR colonies of Pichia pastoris

Hello all!
Any of you know a protocol to perform a rapid colony PCR of Pichia pastoris?, I think is necessary to use liticase, because at least in my hands it is not possible to perform a colony PCR as in the case of E. coli clones, with a previous step heating the colonies.
