Hi, anybody knows the differences between pYC2/CT and pYC2/NT yeast cloning system? From what I know one is N terminal tagged and the other is carboxyl terminal tagged. What are the advantages/disadvantages using each of them? Please share if you have any experiences working with S. cereviseae for protein expression. Thanks!
