Hi all,

When I inoculate a mutant library in MTP, and I found some parts wells grow much lower compared to others. Some wells should incubate 24 hours to reach the normal OD, but the others wells just incubate 12 hours. I just wonder if all incubate 24 hours, the protein expression levels are similar with both types of mutants.
Any suggestion is welcome!

i don't think so since the growth rate seems to be differnt.
...but the answer can be only given based on your expectation of "similar" protein expression levels?
What do you want to compare?
