Hi Friends,

If my tissue lysate is from mouse, I think the anti-mouse Ab as first Ab can not be used to do Western Blot,otherwise cross reactivity will happen. The better is that I need to chose anti-rabbit Ab. Is that true?

I am not a great specialist, but I think you can use anti -mouse. It depends on the specificity and crossreaktivity, yours antibodies have, you could know it.
