Hi everyone
I isolated RNA from my drug treated cell and converted it to cDNA. I'used 5ng/ul cDNA for rt-pcr. Now I 'll do rt-pcr for my negative control but I don't have that much cDNA from my control. Can I use less concentration of cDNA. Would it be problem when I'm comparing the results. Is there any calculation for this? I also like to ask that what ct values I should have to say rt-pcr worked and reliable.
Thank you very much in advance
Can I use different cDNA concentration of my negative control for rt-pcr
