I have to do a Lentiviral transfection with shRNA sequence, the trouble is that I need do it on a mouse kidney medulla. Sta Cruz sells lentiviral particles ready to use, but the protocol design is for a cell line, not for PTC. Somebody could help me with this type of transfection?? I need lentiviral transfection method, that works in PTC
