Can anyone comment on their favorite method for transfection of suspension cultures and the levels of stable integration? I'm interested in CHO, but comments on other cells are welcome, too. Is there any info on the levels of integration when using Electroporation vs lipofection. Nucleofection vs other systems, etc?

Hola, check polietilenimine (Jet-Pei) for me is efficient cheap and easy to use. There are some types for each cell type, look for the most adequated for yours.http://www.biomol.de...infos_nr118.pdf
