Hi all! I would like to know what book is goof for me to learn about the chemical structure of molecules. For example: If I see a structure with an alkyl chain I know that the drug is lipophilic and so on. Thanks a lot

Any good organic chemistry book will tell you what the structures are, but it won't tell you if they are lipophilic or not.  You are probably best off asking your supervisor for some advice on text books.
