Hi all. I am purifying a membrane-bound protein and I use a dialysis cassette with a MW cutoff of 10K. Will Triton X-100 flow through the pores of the membrane? I am trying to maintain the Triton X-100 in fear that without it, my protein "crashes."

Thanks.

You can add TX-100 to the dialysis buffer, which will maintain the concentration of TX-100 throughout the process.

Thanks. I came to that conclusion after posting the thread.
