How do I do to know the homology between the heat shock proteins from 2 different cell types? I tried to use the site from UniprotKB, but I do not know how to use.

Try getting the sequences and then aligning them using ClustalW (website and free). I think the Uniprot site also has an alignment tool somewhere.
