Hello Everyone,


    I would like to know that anyone is aware of any protocol, by which I can do immunofluorescence for bacteria. The scenario is this  I have E.coli and I am using it to express my recombinant protein. Now I can use any technique (apart from tagging my protein to any kind of like gfp or yfp) and no FISH.

  Please if you know please give me the protocol and please cite a reference (that is more important for me)
