I am trying to crosslink DMP to anti-dig coated beads. The protocol that I am using asks me to quench the reaction by resuspending the beads in Tris (2M) after crosslinking is performed. But I am having trouble in resuspending the beads in Tris at 2M concentration. The problem is, when I centrifuge the bead and Tris mixture, the beads doesn't settle down. I guess this is because of high concentration of Tris buffer. Any idea how to get rid of this problem?

Thanks
SR
