Hi all,

I've got what is probably a really dumb question but I don't want to mess up two days of work...

When doing an H&E stain on a fixed tissue array, can I use a mounting media that contains Dapi? (Vectashield). I know that it's used for fluorescence but will it cause problems for my H&E? My lab is out of regular mounting media.
