Hey !
We are doing a lot of 1D agarose electrophoresis (always loaded the same way). I would like to use a software that detect band automaticly and label each well (A1, B1, etc).
We are checking quality of gDNA it would be very nice to have a automated scoring also (no degradation, partial degradation, etc).
Anyone know a software that can do this ?

You could try imageJ which is freeware from the NIH. You would possibly have to write a script to automate the process.
