hygromycin concentration for e-coli selection

hi
thanks to all for helping me doing the cotransformation,
now I have the 3 plasmid in my ecoli and I want to do the hygromycin selection,

dose anybody know how much is the concentration of the hygromycin for ecoli selection?

Hygromycin B is normally used at a concentration of 50-200 µg/ml in mammalian cells and 100 µg/ml in bacteria.
