Hi@all,
at the moment I try to find repetitive sequences in the amino acid sequence of a protein.
From literature I know there must be these sequences but the authors did not point out the range where to look but
solved it graphically. As prosite and ncbi domain search did not reveal any results I am looking for a tool which
determines repetitive sequences in one protein.
I would be very thankful for any support!!!! Looking by "hand" is no fun at all.
Thanks!!!!
