Hi, I'm looking for examples in literature and I was hoping that maybe someone had seen something like this recently because my searching is not going very well. What I am looking for is an example of immunohistochemistry performed with a pre-adsorption step of the primary antibody with the protein of interest (so as to show specificity of the antibody). SPECIFICALLY I am looking for an example of this with fluorescence rather than DAB staining. MORE SPECIFICALLY I would like to see an example of this with double-label fluorescence (to show that the second label is not interrupted while the pre-adsorbed is). Any examples you can help me with I would really appreciate!
