I'm trying to do the transient expression of MAOA promoter polymorphism (uVNTR) in HEK239 and SY-5Y cell line using pGL3-basic vector.
But I'm just curious that how to induce the expression. Because I didn't find any inducer to add for the expreesion in previous literature reviews.
