Hi all,

I am writing in the hope to get some advice about proteins which are suitable as markers for native PAGE experiment, apart from the commercially available ones. I have tried some extracellular proteins like conalbumin/carbonic anhydrase, as well as BSA, but I am not too sure if we can use these proteins; which have different charges apart from different masses to my protein of interest. The problem as well is running the proteins at different gel percentages,and due to limited resources, gradient gel is off the book as well. I would really appreciate it if somebody could give some advice or share their experience and knowledge about this technique.
