I have two genotypes and three biological replicates for each (6 total microarray slides). Out of some hundreds microRNNAs, I have couple of differentially expressed microRNAs.
Now, I am trying to find the best way to present my data in a paper. What would you suggest? a heat map with all the microRNAs? or just the expression profile of differentially expressed microRNAs?
If choosing a heat-map, should I include each array as a column? or just have the mean of three replicates for each genotype and have two columns?

thank you very much,

Kaveh
