Contamination of primary cells with fibroblast.

I have started to isolate vascular smooth muscle cells but they are contaminated with fibroblast. Does anyone know how to remove the fibroblasts from my tissue culture?
I know fibroblast are there due to immunofluorescence experiments.
Thanks for your help

dissociate ur culture and re-suspend in growth medium and allow the culture to grow on a gelatinzed TC flask for not more than 45 min, remove supernatant gently and culture them regularly. 90% fibro get eliminated, and doing this often should deplete all fribro from your culture system.
