Hi Everyone

I'm currently trying to run a Western Blot on some Asthma and COPD serum samples. Since beta actin and GAPDH are secreted protiens and can't be used as the houskeeper, does anyone have any idea what could be used.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

albumin concentration may not be consistent enough between samples to use for normalization
