Hi,
I have used Low density array card (TLDA) for miRNA profiling. Now I have got huge amount of data (380 Ct values for each sample), and I don't know how to analyze those data. If any of you have an idea of how to analyze those data or know any soft ware to analyze TLDA data I would really appreciate.
