hi

we have lot of new comers in our lab.  Have given them few ELISA based experiments to run, but there always seems to be some type of failures (the error range from very low OD value of the standard, high CV etc..) could anyone please tell me the tricks and trades (standard practices/good techniques etc..) for ELISA. Especially the points that help one to achieve good results.
