Hello everyone,

I run DGGE using my PCR products (from genomic DNA), I cut bands in the DGGE gel, after that, I need to dissolve the DNA in the bands and repeat PCR, then sequencing.

Please give me suggestions what should I use to dissolve DNA in the DGGE gel, at the same time there should be no reverse impact on the sequent PCR and sequencing.
