LY is the best known inhibitor of PI3K.... or look at this link (http://www.scbt.com/...inhibitors.html) you may get to know other PI3K inhibitors as well...

I always read a blog which concentrates on PI3K, one of its category is always introducing the new PI3K, such as AZD6482,NVP-BEZ235, CH5132799, CAL-101
