Hey,

i want to do matrigel invasion assay with self-coated inserts.
And in the web i found a lot of protocolls,
but matrigel dilution is always given in  "mg/ml".
But BD does not provide any information about the concentration-
so i do not know how to dilute the matrigel...

I´m would be very happy about answers!
