Attempts to isolate primary cells from the bursa of Fabricius failed due to high event of contamination

A stupid troubleshooting tip: make sure the tools you are using are properly sanitized before you begin your harvest. Glass bead sterilizer, autoclave etc.
Also rinse the bird's skin surface with alcohol before you cut in.
