While preparing freezing media(DMSO +FCS)and due to mishandling a small amount of trypsin is mixed in the freezing media.
Will this trypsin in freezing media show any effect to the cells during long time storage.

Thanx in advance

Possibly, but it isn't worth the risk - how will it alter cells that are brought up from these stocks? Would you still use them?
