I want to use some software to do semi-quantification analysis of my tissue immunohistochemistry result. I searched on line, and find several software like image pro-plus, tmaj and etc. Could anyone tell me which one is better and accetaple by journals and easy to learn? Thank you very much.

You can't properly do quantitation on IHC as you have nothing you can use as a standard to measure against, due to differences in distribution of different proteins in the cell. You best bet is to find a pathologist and get them to teach you how to score the slides (or come up with a system of your own). You can make lysates and do it on westerns though.
