Hello,
I'm new in this forum. I made a series of pull down experiments carried out to verify the effect of mutations on the ability of two proteins interact to form a heterodimer. I used as a control peptide, GST alone, so do not observe interaction, and mutants that abolish this link I expected, but the results have shown however that the bond takes place even in the presence of these mutations. I wanted to know using a Biacore system more sensitive as I could get different results? Or the result is independent of the method used?
Thanks in advance
Laura
