Hi,

I used RIPA lysis buffer with protease inhibitors to collect cell lysates, and then I clarified the lysates to get protein concentrations.

Then I put the proteins into the -80 freezer to store.  However, I did not snap freeze in the liquid nitrogen tank.  I am just looking for total protein levels in the lysate.  Do you think not snap freezing will be a problem??
