I'm working with PC-12 floating cells and trying to differentiate them.
I plate them on collagen treated plates and treat them with 50,100,200ngr/ml NGF. According to literature I can see neurits after 3 days, but I'm not seeing any.
Is it something to do with the cells growing in clumps or should I give it more time?
