Hi,

Can anyone help me regarding to this mitochondrial DNA isolation from plant? I've tried extraction method without using ultracentrifugation, but the polysaccarides and phenolic contamination were very high. i've already added 2%PVP inside the extraction buffer and also i did the CTAB/NACI treatment to remove the polysaccarides. but the result still worst. If anyone can give suggesstion to this...i'm very thankful.
