Hi
I have to treat my cells with EGF for my experiment. The EGF that we have in the lab is already reconstituted to a certain concentration. The tubes don't have any info about when they were made so I have no idea how long they've been sitting around at -20. I have used it for few of my experiments....but I get different results with replicate experiments. I am thinking EGF we have might be suspect. I have no idea where it was purchased from originally and few vendors mention that shelf life after reconstitution might be anywhere from few months upto a year. Was wondering if anyone had any idea about this. Any help is much appreciated Thanks
