Dear all,
I am in trouble with DNA extraction from panax rhizome. I tried so many protocol (modified CTAB, SDS + CTAB, Urea) and also with DNeasy mini plant kit (Qiagen) but I still have no result.
Could you please tell me some tips when working with this type of tissue. Do you have any good protocol which you think should work to me.
