Hi I am not familiar with FMAT. WHat is the difference between FMAT and whole cell ELISA with flourochrome labeled secondary antibody.
From what I understand the only difference between FACS and FMAT is that in FACS the cells are analyzed one by one and can be sorted at the same time. Are there any other major differences?

I want to determine Kd for a receptor binding protein when the receptor is still bound to the cell. Which method is best?
