I would like to know whether there is any way to estimate the quantity of putidaredoxin reductase and P450 reductase without using NADPH, as our lab is not funded and are not able to purchase NADPH as it is very expensive. But recently, I got putidaredxin reductase expressed and partially purified. And currently I am expressing P450 Reductase. I would like to know is there any way to estimate them using simple assays.
